Grilled calamari

Ingredients:

300gr Fresh calamari
rocket salad
50g cherry tomatoes
garlic
oil
chopped parsley
gold

Peel the calamari, empty them and wash them well under running water and remove the tentacles.

In a bowl, prepare oil, salt, a clove of garlic and chopped parsley

Put the cuttlefish to cook in a hot grill, taking care to cook both sides of the calamari, brushing the squid from time to time with the oil prepared previously.

Prepare a rocket bed on a plate, then, once ready, lay the calamari and dust them with GOLDEAT gold. Decorate the dish with balsamic vinegar in cream and small pieces of cherry tomatoes.
