Tiramisu con oro alimentare Goldeat



500 gr of mascarpone
80 gr of sugar
4 eggs
300 gr of ladyfingers
Rum or marsala
Bitter chocolate and dark chocolate flave

To prepare the tiramisù, start with mascarpone cream.

Divide the yolks from the whites. In a bowl put the egg yolks and sugar, work them for a long time with a whisk until you get a frothy cream and then whip the snow yolks. Gently add to this mixture the mascarpone, then add the egg whites until stiff.

Prepare the coffee and pour it into a deep dish and add a little rum or marsala.

Cover the bottom of a rectangular serving dish with high sides with a layer of ladyfingers soaked in coffee; Cover the layer of ladyfingers with a layer of mascarpone cream a bit ‘of chocolate flakes (to taste and if you like). Repeat the same action until the ingredients run out, finishing with a layer of mascarpone sprinkled with bitter cocoa.

Put the cake in the fridge for about three hours.

When you serve, place a slice of tiramisù on the plate with strawberry topping and cocoa topping and sprinkle some GOLDEAT gold on the surface.
