300g of tuna
1 teaspoon of crushed mint
Cut a tuna fillet into slices, and then into small cubes.
Pour into a pebble and season with oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice and minced mint.
Pass the garlic on the plate you will use to serve.
Shape the tuna mixture using a dough cup.
Place on the plate and decorate with Goldeat gold.
Arrange on your plate dishes like hot croutons, butter curls, and small tomato cubes.
