Pizza pomod’oro and rocket


½ liter of water
1 kg of “5 seasons” flour
30g of salt
30gr of oil
3gr of yeast
Tomato sauce
mozzarella cheese
Cherry tomatoes
rocket salad

Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water. Pour the flour into a bowl and slowly add the water with the yeast. Knead everything by hand and add salt and oil and continue to knead.

Form a dough and put it to rest for 24 hours covered with a cloth.

Divide the dough and spread it with the preferred quantity in a pan, season with tomato sauce and mozzarella, a little oil and bake.

When cooked, garnish with rocket and cherry tomatoes cut in half and decorate with Goldeat gold.
